DCV Global Recruitment is proud to announce the promotion of Joanna Lampa to Recruitment Manager – IT!

Joanna’s journey with DCV for the past three years, just like Valeria’s, is another inspiring story for those who have the courage to embrace change. She began her career with DCV as an IT Recruitment Consultant and swiftly advanced to an IT Delivery Lead. Joanna has now taken on the role of a Recruitment Manager, working hand in hand with Valeria G. and other senior leaders, to contribute to the growth of DCV Global Recruitment, opening opportunities for other members in her team to grow. Her commitment to continuous upskilling has prepared her well for her new responsibilities. In this role, she will take full ownership of DCV’s Master Supplier Services Agreement (MSSA) for a multi-billion-dollar client, spanning eight countries across Europe – a significant achievement that reflects our transformative organizational change programme.

As part of this programme, we conducted an in-depth analysis of DCV’s business model – examining our key partners, resources, activities, and value propositions. The insights gained helped us build a robust growth strategy, one that values every team member’s contribution across all functions, including Services, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Finance.

Our strategy centres on deepening our understanding of our clients’ business goals and pain points, while expanding our services in ways that add true global value. This means strengthening existing relationships, showcasing our successes, offering comprehensive global talent solutions, providing valuable market insights, ensuring dedicated account management, and committing to continuous improvement. Through these efforts, DCV has fostered a strong, trust-based environment where people thrive, upskill, and experience a profound sense of purpose and belonging – ingredients essential to our collective success.
