Prior to joining DCV in 2015, Alisdair served in the police service for over 30 years, with the majority of this time at a senior level. He brings with him a wealth of transferable experience and skills to the business world. A highly experienced senior manager, with a significant track record in managing large multi-disciplined teams responsible for complex operational and organisational activity. His current role within DCV encompasses many aspects of the company’s strategic, operational, financial and administration areas.
Peter is a Business Graduate with over 30 years’ experience in international sales and marketing in the print and oil industries. He has worked for several large corporations in senior management positions, as well as running his own export marketing consultancy business. His career in export sales has given him a solid understanding of business practices around the world.Peter became a Non-Executive Director for DCV in 2018 when he was appointed to support the ambitious international growth plans, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a very structured approach to business development and Customer Relationship Management.His most recent time spent in B2B Marketing is also invaluable in helping to create a solid, forward looking marketing function.
Cristina is a Global leader in talent acquisition with 15 years of experience in HR Consultancy, Executive Search & Permanent Recruitment, Training and Assessment Centers Design. Currently she is leading BAT GBS Recruitment in Europe, Africa and Central Asia. Previously, Cristina managed the Permanent Recruitment and RPO Divisions of The Adecco Group in Romania, where she had the opportunity to work with global tier 1 companies in the technology, consumer markets, Oil&Gas and pharmaceutical verticals. Her enthusiasm lies in technology, personal branding, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP), coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Chris brings to DCV 30+ years of experience of senior global roles in sales, marketing, business and workforce transformation across the Recruitment, IT, Telecoms, Finance and Energy sectors. A commercially minded thought leader, he is able to connect the dots between strategic projects to see where collaboration can make the biggest positive impact.Chris joins DCV after a 22-year tenure at ManpowerGroup including his most recent role as Sales & Marketing Director, ManpowerGroup UK and prior as Managing Director, ManpowerGroup Ireland and Managing Director, Manpower UK.His role within DCV will be focused on the efficiency of DCV’s operations in the context of our new organizational structure to set us up for further global growth. Along with our Group Director, Chan Dabare, and our Chief Revenue Officer, Toni Stoykova, Chris will ensure that Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Services work in a seamless integration to contribute to the overall value chain with the organization and accomplish our strategy for growth.
Reny brings over 20 years of experience in Senior Global Roles across HR, Marketing, EVP and Workforce Transformation in various sectors. With expertise spanning start-ups, small, mid, and enterprise-level organizations in diverse industries such Software development, commercial companies, BPO, and NGOs, Reny thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, consistently delivering business value through creative, data-driven solutions.Reny Mineva joins DCV Global Recruitment after a successful 18-year tenure at VMware, where she held several key positions, including Talent Acquisition Director for EMEA R&D, HR PMO Leader for EMEA, D&I Leader for R&D functions, and interim Leader for Learning and Development. Most recently, as Sr. Director of HR and Talent Acquisition, Reny led Marketing, University Relations, Employment Branding, and Recruitment efforts at Sutherland, with a strong focus on optimizing operational efficiency within the global TA/HR organization.Her leadership has been instrumental in ensuring a seamless integration between Service Delivery, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing/Branding, Sales, and PMO teams, contributing significantly to organizational transformation and the achievement of growth strategies.
Ronnie is the Chief Financial Officer at DCV Technologies, having joined the company in 2010. In this role, he provides hands on financial leadership and legal advice for the company. This includes direct management and oversight of the company’s global finances. Ronnie is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds a degree in Law from the Birkbeck College of the University of London. He started his career in finance in 2002 working in Property Management for 3 years and then moved to IT Consultancy where he spent the next 3 years. Before joining DCV, Ronnie worked in Practice for a firm of Chartered Accountants for 2 years.
Anna joined DCV from The Nexus Group as Head of Human Resources to facilitate the Company recruitment and people management activities through a period of rapid growth. She possesses several years experience of managing the HR function in an IT Service environment.Initially, Anna started her career as a Hotel Manager in a 5* tropical resort. She then changed her career to become a software test consultant working on language specific localisation testing where she capitalised on her multi lingual skills. She then joined the Nexus Group as an HR coordinator and then took on the role as HR manager of DCV in 2007.As part of her development she took a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety qualification and gained a postgraduate qualification in Personnel Management.
Toni has 15 years international experience in Business & Strategy Development, Revenue Attainment, Marketing and Public Relations from industries such as Information Technologies, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Automotive and Pharmaceuticals. Her Consulting Portfolio includes large international brands like LG Electronics, Shell, Visa Europe, Societe Generale, OTP Bank and Novartis.
During her PR career, she received recognition for her outstanding performance in PR Consulting, granted by Edelman, London for her end-to-end management of an internal communications project within the Novartis Oncology department. The team she led was given a Europe-wide award for the biggest media coverage achieved for the Shell Eco-marathon Europe campaign.
Previously, Toni served as Chief Revenue Officer in an international recruitment firm, where she also led the scaling of the cross-border recruiting team in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. She is currently heading the Revenue Operations and Strategic Alliances Divisions at DCV Global Recruitment.
With a strong background in recruitment, business development and full P&L responsibility, Hannah has played a crucial role in the organization since she joined.
With her transition into a leadership role, DCV aims to strengthen its presence in Europe and the USA. Hannah’s strategic vision is expected to drive sustainable growth, enhancing our service offerings in both Engineering and Finance.
Valeria heads up our Global Delivery and leads a large cross-border team across EMEA, NAM, LATAM, and APAC, delivering to multi-billion-dollar clients in IT.
Passionate about people and inclusion, she works collaboratively with senior leaders to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives whilst ensuring processes and opportunities for all team members.
Chris joined DCV Technologies in 2018, previous to this Chris worked at a Testing Consultancy for 15 years, roles including Office Manager, PA to CEO & after taking her CIPD progressing to HR Manager. This has given Chris varied experience in many areas from HR, Sales, Accounts, Recruitment and the Operational side of the company. Chris brings this experience to DCV as our Quality Assurance & Service Delivery Manager.
Kailas Nadhan manages the legal aspects of the onboarding process for our growing contractor base in countries such as Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Estonia, UK, USA, LATAM, India, Sri Lanka, and others. He ensures DCV’s smooth business operations and compliance to local legislation in each geography where we are present.
Kailas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Calicut. He has also completed a Master’s in law degree, LLM – Intellectual Property and Information Law at the University of Hertfordshire.
Kailas is passionate about bridging the gap between law and technology and creating a future where innovation thrives alongside strong privacy protections.
Sathya is a versatile professional with a diverse skill set, blending expertise in bioinformatics, Salesforce, software testing, and IT consulting.
Her career began as a Bioinformatics Research Analyst, before transitioning into an ISTQB-certified software testing professional and a Salesforce consultant.
Leveraging a strong technical foundation, Sathya works as a Senior IT Delivery Lead at DCV, growing client accounts and delivering talent solutions in both Europe and India.
Chandni leads DCV’s Offshore Delivery Centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune, and is responsible for strengthening DCV’s presence in Singapore, the Philippines, and other APAC locations.
She brings solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. The offshore delivery teams she manages, compliment our local delivery teams in Europe, UK, LATAM and the USA.
Chandni’s exposure to working in diverse cultural, regional and operational levels, will help DCV ensure customer-centric operations and client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
