DCV Technologies was first established in the UK as an internal recruitment operation to service The Nexus Group.  Nexus’s software house, test consultancy and call centre profit centres required timely recruitment services. Having gone through a number of agencies and investing a considerable amount of time and money, Nexus’s hiring managers felt that they were not receiving the right calibre of candidates, so they brought the function in-house.  Owned and governed by Nexus, DCV quickly became the flagship profit centre of the Group. 

Having proven their capabilities as an effective in-house recruitment service, DCV Technologies launched in 2007 as a recruitment company to serve the needs of a wide group of international companies. In the ensuing years, Engineering, Manufacturing, Travel, Accounting and Finance plus Fire and Security verticals have been added to the portfolio, and with offices in the UK, Poland, Austria, Romania, Sri Lanka and S. Africa, DCV continues to grow to this day as a global service provider with blue chip clients around the world.
