Having worked in Engineering Recruitment; IT Recruitment; Quality Assurance, HR and Compliance, Courtney Patterson has had an interface with the majority of DCV’s business areas.
Today we are proud to announce Courtney’s promotion to the role of Associate Director – HR and Operations!
Courtney brings to DCV Global Recruitment deep knowledge, and a diverse portfolio of experience across recruitment, quality control, employee relations, talent development, contract management, HR and compliance. His orientation for detail, methodical approach and ‘swallow the frog’’ attitude (the rule of always starting with the hardest and most important task as in Brian Tracy’s book to get more done in less time) have naturally evolved him to this pivotal leadership role at DCV.

As part of our change programme that was initiated a year ago, we did a deep analysis of DCV’s Business Model: key partners, key resources, key activities, value propositions, etc. We built a strategy for growth based on each and every team member’s contribution in the overall value chain – Services, HR and Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Finance. They all work in a seamless integration to achieve our revenue growth OKRs, and ensure the overall agility of the business.
The foundational pillars of this interdepartmental collaboration are transparency, trust, open communication and strong work ethics. In the journey of transforming an organization, these elements are crucial. It is about adopting a holistic approach where the collective objectives of the growth engine take precedence over individual department metrics and drive true organizational change.
