Mirihane Alkilani joined DCV in June 2022 as a recruitment consultant. She graduated in computer science at ENSA in Morocco, before going on to gain extensive experience as a computer
engineer in a Moroccan insurance company. Joining our young and ambitious team in Hemel Hempstead, UK, Mirihane was soon thrown in at the deep end. Her very first day coincided with our year-end review meeting, when the whole company joined together, reviewed the past 12 months and made plans for the next 12. It could not have been a more appropriate and effective start to her career at DCV, and she made a huge contribution to the syndicate team she joined, which won the challenge to create a new strategic branding concept for the company. Mirihane and the rest of the team are now driving the new branding launch plan, which will be announced very soon!
