Jam is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Management, and Customer Relations.
The main driver in her recruitment approach is to match the right talent to the right opportunity in the best interest of both the organisation and the candidate. She has been exposed to diverse cultures not only within APAC but globally, having worked with leaders in the IT, Healthcare, Banking and Finance, and Staffing industries.
A large part of Jam’s focus area has been on Headhunting and Executive Search, where she has created a track record of successful placements in the APAC region.
