With over 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Talent Acquisition across APAC and EMEA, Vaneeta possesses deep expertise in RPO Management, Volume Hiring, Niche Skills, and Strategic Hiring within the BFSI, Fintech, Infrastructure, and Technology sectors. In her previous roles at BlackRock and Mphasis, Vaneeta played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies and delivering top-tier talent in highly competitive markets to scale large accounts.
Vaneeta Addhate will work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, Toni Stoykova, to grow DCV Global Recruitment’s IT Business.
