We are pleased to announce that Kailasanadhan Eleapra, also known as ”Kailas,” has joined our Legal and Contracts team as a Consultant.
Kailas will work closely with our delivery and finance teams to support our local entities worldwide from our London office. He will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of the candidate onboarding process for DCV Global Recruitment’s growing contractor base in countries such as Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Estonia, UK, USA, LATAM, India, Sri Lanka, and others. Kailas will collaborate with local legal teams to ensure smooth business operations and support DCV’s future growth.
Kailas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Calicut. He is currently pursuing a master’s in law, LLM – Intellectual Property and Information Law at the University of Hertfordshire. Kailas is passionate about bridging the gap between law and technology and creating a future where innovation thrives alongside strong privacy protections.
