DCV Global Recruitment’s Engineering Department continues to expand! We are delighted to welcome Hannah Caswell to our team.
Hannah, a highly motivated professional with a profound passion for the recruitment industry, has joined DCV as a Principal Consultant. In her role, she will be spearheading the development of our Engineering division in the West Midlands.
Before joining DCV, Hannah served as a Managing Consultant at Manpower, where she held full P&L responsibility and led a team of recruitment specialists. Her focus was on delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to clients in the Engineering sector throughout the Midlands. With extensive experience in Senior Leadership and Executive Appointments, including roles in Production, Engineering, Quality Management, and more, Hannah played a key role in driving accounts to an annual GP exceeding £2 million. Her tenure also involved creating roles for new team members.
At DCV Global Recruitment, Hannah will be instrumental in expanding our Executive Hire portfolio across the Midlands, with a particular focus on Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, and other related verticals.
