Chris Gray – previous Managing Director of Manpower UK and ManpowerGroup Ireland joins DCV Global Recruitment!
Chris brings over 30 years of experience in senior global roles in sales, marketing, business, and workforce transformation across various sectors including Recruitment, IT, Telecoms, Finance, and Energy. He is a commercially minded thought leader who can identify the connections between strategic projects and determine where collaboration can have the greatest positive impact.
Chris Gray has joined DCV Global Recruitment after a successful 22-year tenure at ManpowerGroup, where he held various roles including Sales & Marketing Director for ManpowerGroup UK, Managing Director for ManpowerGroup Ireland, and Managing Director for Manpower UK.
At DCV, Chris will focus on optimizing the efficiency of our operations within the new organizational structure to drive further global growth. Working alongside our Group Director, Chan Dabare, and our Chief Revenue Officer, Toni Stoykova, Chris will ensure seamless integration among Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Services, contributing to the overall value chain of the organization and helping us achieve our growth strategy.
