We welcome Alina Pchelnikova, who joined us as IT Recruitment Consultant – EMEA.
With a degree in Culture Management, Alina brings a few years of IT recruitment experience from large international companies. Throughout her career, Alina has held customer-facing positions, managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to closure.
Within DCV, Alina will be responsible for growing our Central European markets, mainly Poland, guided by our IT Delivery Manager, Valeria G., in her strive for excellence.
