We, at DCV Global Recruitment, are lucky to have a powerful & influential ladies’ task force onboard.
Today we also raise awareness about women’s equality as a basis for sustainable growth! This is a concept, that we, as an employer, believe in and reflect in our team!
As an organization, promoting equality and diversity, we started an initiative 3 years ago to increase the number of females in Leadership positions at DCV Global Recruitment team and our Non-Executive community.
We are proud with the stats we have achieved: DCV’s Leadership team is now equally split into 50% female and 50% male and our overall team is 60% female.
We will keep running events and workshops, addressing these topics to empower women in the workplace and fuel sustainable economies that benefit societies and humanity.
