And this is what we, at DCV Global Recruitment, did at our Quarterly Board Meeting, dedicated to the topic of: Organisational change – organisations growing from teenage state to young adults – and the power of collaboration.
We launched our new organisational structure based on a deep analysis of DCV’s Business Model: key partners, key resources, key activities, value propositions, and others. We‘ve built a strategy for growth based on each and every team member’s contribution in the overall value chain within the organization.
Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Services will work in a seamless integration to expand our geographical reach, but also enhance further our company culture of collaboration, partnership, and strong work ethics.
We were delighted to have a guest speaker, Simona Popovici, HR Executive Director, Group Renault Romania, who shared her experience of going through change and transformations.
We gave away a few awards, announced a promotion, and had a very productive time during the cross-departmental workshops. And the whole team was aligned with the opinion that this was one of the most inspiring Board Meetings we’ve had in the long history of DCV since 2006.
