A truly amazing and productive visit of our Group Director, Chan Dabare, to DCV Global Recruitment Bulgaria.
Together with our Chief Revenue Officer, Toni Stoykova, Chan had a series of meetings and workshops with our customers and partners, to foster a dialogue about current strategies, address global talent challenges, new market demands, and set ourselves to scale further.
During the workshops, Chan and Toni outlined DCV Global Recruitment’s new differentiating approach, which not only caters for client needs but also reinforces their employer brands and helps build a long-term talent network.
To improve efficiencies and increase engagement DCV has introduced new solution offerings, complimentary to our recruitment services, leveraging the use of AI and the benefits from learning and development initiatives.
