Valeria’s journey with DCV over the past four years has been inspiring to anyone who has the courage to embrace change. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, she quickly rose through the ranks — Senior, Lead Recruiter, Recruitment Manager — and has now taken on a pivotal leadership role. As Associate Director, she will have full P&L ownership and play a strategic role in driving the growth of our IT vertical.
Valeria’s success is a testament to her passion for people, dedication, and her collaborative spirit. She will continue to work closely with our senior leadership team to shape the future of our IT Recruitment Department.
Her promotion is part of a wider wave of leadership advancements at DCV —milestones that mark the impact of a transformative organizational change programme we began a year ago. Our aim?
